The campus of this new hospital includes two gorgeous and quite distinct fountains. The first is located adjacent to the hospital’s chapel and includes a stone pillar, the ‘Source Stone’, that appears to be the origin of the fountain’s water.  Flow cascades down two levels into a subterranean sump. Landscape pavers that originate at the sump lead the eye westward to another fountain basin that seems to be a continuation from the chapel fountain. Water exits the basin and continues down a narrow runnel for almost 500 feet. WET assisted the fountain contractor with hydraulic and structural design and production of construction documents.
